Scholarly and practice-based knowledge transfer

In cooperation with our partners, we want to look at opportunities and constraints for developing a sustainable food industry through an alternative economic system.

We work closely with 26 practitioners, who not only offer important insights into their transformative companies, with their diverse practical knowledge they also help us identifying and solving problems.

9 project partners are involved in dissemination of our projects results to interested groups of consumers, producers and other institutions. The goal of our cooperation is the transformation of the food system not only in theory, but in real life.
